“Maggie is caring, empathic, and a good listener. She was tuned into where I was at and I could talk openly to her. It was great to have someone understand and care where I was in my life. Maggie is a great person and lives what she teaches.”- Jean
"I started working with Maggie in preparation for a Half Ironman Triathlon that I will be competing in September. I also have food allergies and I wanted her to help me expand the variety of foods that I ate each week. After only four sessions, I had more energy, expanded the variety of foods that I was eating, and an added bonus, lost a few pounds! I love Maggie’s empathetic approach. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I have enjoyed working with Maggie and I highly recommend her services."- Suzy
"I've spent years trying to improve my health through diet. I was experimenting with one canned eating program after another and becoming more and more frustrated with the lack of results. Working with Maggie I've discovered the importance of creating my own plan. I'm learning to celebrate who I am and, as a result, I am healing my body and my spirit."- Tara
"Maggie Christopher’s group program is fantastic! I highly recommend it! The format of the group is perfectly balanced between receiving tons of information and support from Maggie, learning from each other’s experiences, and receiving helpful resources to support changes (three books, yummy recipes, e-mail support, handouts, and a neatly organized binder). Maggie guided our group through a journey of simple but profound changes with the emphasis on adding nourishment to our lives (beyond what we eat) and not deprivation. Maggie has a gift for sharing her wisdom, encouraging others and nurturing change. Her strength-based, non-judgmental approach provided me with a new direction and renewed commitment for self-care. Thank you, Maggie!"- Kathy
"Maggie brings ‘how to eat well’ to a whole other level. I take care of myself and am at my ideal weight, yet I am addicted to sugar. I’ve known sugar, junk food and caffeine are not good for your, but until I took this class, I really didn’t understand why. After taking Maggie's class I now understand why and have made changes to my snack choices and eat far less sugar. Then on the other side of the spectrum, I’ve known greens, grains and organic protein are healthy choices, but never took the time to understand why and then how to incorporate them into my daily food choices. Now that I understand the why and how... I eat them more regularly. As a result of these changes, I have felt better than ever. I have more energy, I am less hungry throughout the day and I crave less sugar. And now all my friends are eating Quinoa! Thank you!"- Melissa
